Overview
Built in 1978, Cedar Creek Apartment Homes is a rather unique apartment community, comprised of 49-units situated within duplex and triplex buildings with private garage parking included for each home; we offer ten 2 bedroom, 1 bath duplex homes each featuring attached 2-car garages, private driveways, and private fenced yards. The remaining 39 homes are 2 bedrooms, 2 baths located within triplex settings; of these 5 homes are upstairs and, while no private yard, they offer the maximum in privacy, with no common walls. Of the 34 remaining ground-floor homes, each with private fenced yards, 13 offer attached, oversized 1-car garages.
Each home features a wood-burning fireplace, central air and heat, full-size side-by-side washer/dryer hookups, window coverings throughout, and private patio (or deck, in our upstairs homes). Our kitchens offer island workstation with raised breakfast bar, refrigerator, electric stove/oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and dual sink. Separate dining areas include the sliding door onto your private patio; ideal for seasonal outdoor dining. The main baths are spacious and include both tub and shower; duplex homes feature dual vanities; all baths feature built-in medicine cabinets for additional storage of personal sundries. Homes featuring master baths (2 x 2) have dressing areas separate from the shower/water closet, to allow for two-people to ‘get ready’ at the same time. All homes feature walk-in closets and ample additional storage closets.
Introduced upgrades, which have become our ‘standard’, include security screen doors at the entry, stylish ceiling fans (with lights!) at the dining area, designer accent wall, brushed- nickel hardware and knobs throughout and sleek brushed-nickel light fixtures, and modern, wide-slatted blinds at the living room. Always evolving and to remain contemporary and updated for maximum appeal and comfort future improvements include upgraded windows throughout each home and stainless steel kitchen sinks.
